Damaged & Returns
I want you to love your ceramics as much as I loved making them. However, I understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.
Change of Mind If you wish to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Please note the customer is responsible for return postage costs. Please use a tracked service, as I'm unable to issue refunds for items lost or damaged in transit back to the studio.
In the Unlikely Event of Breakages While I pride myself on my robust, plastic-free packaging, the journey of a ceramic piece can occasionally be a bumpy one. If your item arrives damaged:

Please take a photo of the broken item and the packaging it arrived in immediately.

Email me at nina@ceramicsbynina.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the photos attached.

Replacement or Refund: We will either send out a replacement (subject to availability in our current small-batch stock) or issue a full refund including your original shipping costs.
Please note: As every piece is unique and hand-thrown, replacement items may have slight variations in shape or hand-painted detail compared to the original.
