At Ceramics by Nina, we take the utmost care to ensure your stoneware reaches you in perfect condition. Every piece is wrapped in 100% plastic-free, recyclable packaging, using protective honeycomb paper and biodegradable starch "peanuts" to ensure a safe journey from our South Shropshire studio to your home.
Shipping Service We ship via Royal Mail Tracked 48. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
Dispatch Times As a small-batch studio, we typically dispatch orders within 3–5 working days of your order being placed. We handcraft and pack every order ourselves around a small studio schedule, so we appreciate your patience — your piece is worth the wait!
